She married Simon Hartman Sr., son of Amos Hartman and Sarah Emma Paul, on 12 April 1910 in Simeon Lutheran Church, Gratz, Dauphin Co., PA. Sarah Edna Klinger died on 23 February 1919 in Dauphin Co., PA, at age 30. She was buried after 23 February 1919 in Simeon United Lutheran Church Cemetery, Gratz, Dauphin Co., PA.
