The 1900 US Census for Cartersville, Bartow, GA, shows her married to Augustus J. Tomlinson and mother of 12 children, 8 living in 1900. Her name is listed as Addie S. Tomlinson. Her father was shown as being born in NC.

Note: All Census records show that Sarah Adeline McIver was born in GA and that her father was born in NC. In 1910 she swore in an affidavit, part of her application for a Civil War widow's pension, that she had lived in GA since she was born on 26 July 1850.
