     Delvia M. Rice was born on 3 November 1879 in West Sonora, Preble Co., OH. She was the daughter of William Rice and Florence Keselring. Delvia M. Rice married E.M. Weinland on 5 March 1904 in Preble Co., OH. Delvia M. Rice died in Baltimore, Baltimore (city), MD.

He married Elizabeth Monerva Peters, daughter of Marvin Israel Peters and Anna Catherine Rissinger, on 16 April 1906 in Wayne Township, Crawford Co., PA, near Deckard. Elmer Warren Rice died on 6 October 1951 at age 68.
