She married Johann Jacob Klinger Sr., son of Alexander Klinger and Helena Wassenmuller, on 14 June 1699 in Reichelsheim, Hessen-Darmstadt, Germany. Anna Gertraud Seyffert died on 2 August 1749 in Unter-Ostern, Hessen-Darmstadt, Germany, at age 65.
