They sold ice cream, soda (temperance), candy, bread, a few groceries and also soup and sandwiches (tongue which Sallie cooked and pickled, cheese, spiced ham at 10 cents each, oyster and hamburg for 15 cents and lots of coffee). Milton Oliver Umholtz died in September 1938 in Gratz, Dauphin Co., PA. He was buried in September 1938 in Simeon United Lutheran Church Cemetery, Gratz, Dauphin Co., PA.
