     Abigail Jane Chubb was born on 6 July 1840 in Halifax Township, Dauphin Co., PA, daughter of Henry Chubb and Nancy Miller. She married Esaias "Josiah" Jury, son of Jacob Jury and Anna Maria Shoop, circa 1858 in PA. Abigail Jane Chubb died on 19 November 1915 in Powells Valley, Dauphin Co., PA, at age 75. She was buried after 19 November 1915 in St. Jacob's United Methodist Cemetery in Wayne Township, Dauphin Co., PA.

     Albin Charles Chubb (KW) was born on 5 September 1934 in Mt Pleasant, Westmoreland Co., PA. He was the son of Calvin Baker Chubb and Nettie Ethel Daniels. Albin Charles Chubb (KW) died on 22 May 1996 in McConnellsburg, Fulton Co., PA, at age 61. He was buried on 25 May 1996 in Union Cemetery, McConnellsburg, Fulton Co., PA, the cemetery is located about 3 miles south of McConnellsburg, PA.

     Calvin Baker Chubb was born on 16 April 1910 in Matamoras, Dauphin Co., PA, son of Henry Washington Chubb and Hattie Ellen Baker. He was called "Chubby." He married Nettie Ethel Daniels, daughter of Joel Elmer Daniel (WW-I) and Mary Rissinger, on 27 March 1934 in Fredericksburg, Lebanon Co., PA. Chubby developed adult diabetes and died on 31 May 1978 at home in McConnellsburg. Calvin Baker Chubb was buried in St. Peter's (Long's) Cemetery, Halifax, Dauphin Co., PA, He is buried next to his parents in Chubb's family plot in St. Peter's Long's Cemetery, Halifax, PA.

Calvin B. Chubb

Calvin B. Chubb 68, Lincoln Way East McConnellsburg, died Wednesday May 31, 1978 in his home.
Mr. Chubb was born April 16, 1910 in Dauphin County, son of the late Henry W. and Hattie Baker Chubb.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he held a Masters Degree and was a retired school teacher, having taught for 37 years, Mr. Chubb was a member, trustee and lay leader for many years of the United Methodist Church of McConnellsburgh; member and Past Master of Mt. Zion Lodge No. 774, F&AM; Harrisburg Consistory, and a past president of McConnellsburg Lions Club. He was a part-time photographer and taught Sunday School all of his adult life until his retirement.
He is survived by his widow, Nettie Daniels Chubb; four sons; Albin Chubb, Lancaster; Don H. Chubb, Narvon; Larry Chubb, Walnutport; Ted L. Chubb, Manchester, and seven grandchildren.
The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the McConnellsburg United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Cheslock and the Rev. Edward S. Hays officiating.
Burial was in Long's Cemetery, Halifax. Masonic services were conducted by the Mt. Zion Lodge in the John J. Kelso Funeral Home at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.

     Charles Clayton Chubb was born on 3 January 1897 in Upper Paxton Township, Dauphin Co., PA. He married Grace Alvest Koppenhaver, daughter of Charles Milton Koppenheffer and Agnes Catherine Kratzer, on 4 September 1924 in PA.

     Don Henry Chubb (VC) was born on 31 January 1939 in Mt Pleasant, Westmoreland Co., PA. He was the son of Calvin Baker Chubb and Nettie Ethel Daniels. Don Henry Chubb (VC) married Doris Ilene Ehman on 22 July 1962 in New Cumberland, Cumberland Co., PA. Don Henry Chubb (VC) died on 26 February 2001 in New Holland, Lancaster Co., PA, at age 62. He was buried in New Holland, Lancaster Co., PA.

     Elizabeth Mae Chubb married Mark Milton Koppenhaver, son of Charles Milton Koppenheffer and Agnes Catherine Kratzer, on 11 January 1928 in PA.

     Ella Chubb married Walter E. Miller, son of Albert S. Miller and Bertha M. Snyder, circa 1947 in PA.

     Emma Caroline Chubb married Willard Milton Kissinger, son of Ernest Milton Kissinger and Gertrude Sophia Wiest, in PA.

     Henry Chubb married Carol Kay Laudenslager, daughter of George Franklin Laudenslager (WW-I) and Mary Emeline Lentz.

     Jamie Lynn Chubb is the daughter of Larry Gene Chubb and Donna Lee Weirbach.

     Jennifer A. Chubb married David A. Leitzel, son of James Allen Leitzel and Phoebe J. Shoop.

     Jennifer Ann Chubb married Jeffrey Lynn Leitzel, son of James Allen Leitzel and Phoebe J. Shoop, on 14 September 1996 in Free Grace BIC Church, near Millerburg, Dauphin Co., PA.

     John M. Chubb married Nancy Jane Buffington, daughter of Galen Floyd Buffington Sr. and Evelyn Pauline Fogelman, on 1 June 1965 in Salem Reformed Church, Elizabethville, Dauphin Co., PA.

     June Elizabeth Chubb married Nelson J. Martz, son of John N. Martz and Laura Celesta Wiest, on 21 September 1959 in Berrysburg Evangelical Congregational Circuit, Dauphin Co., PA.

     Katie Chubb was born circa 1883 in PA. She married Cloyd Oscar Smeltz, son of Joel Smeltz and Elizabeth Fogler, circa 3 January 1907 in PA.

     Kelly Jean Chubb is the daughter of Larry Gene Chubb and Donna Lee Weirbach.
