     Archie Leroy was born Apr of 1906 in Amarillo TX, the son of Rosa Ella Turner and Martin V.B. Eaves.

His mother was the daughter of Frances Elizabeth Eaves and William Houston Turner. Martin V.B.
Eaves is her uncle. It was stated within the family that Martin V.B. Eaves left his wife and family,

(apparently someone must have written and stated to Asilee that the Stevens family had Native American ties.) They were both very white. (Pauline) Her hair isn't really black except with die. It is a little darker then Helen's. This is one place in my life I would like to forget. It isn't a happy place in my life."

A. T. Eaves Passes Away Near Elkmont

Athie Thomas Eaves, 55, died at his home on Elkmont, Routoe 1. Tuesday after a .short illness. The funeral services were held the following day, interment occurring at the Silon graveyard. Elder wayne Randolph assisted by elders Charles O. Burdge Jr. of Opp and Joseph W. Rogers of Elkmont conducted the services. Rainey and Son of Ardmore in charge.
The deceased had been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for
more than 25 years and was promenent and helpful in its kindly work.
Surviving are the widow;one daughter, Lue; five sons, John, Thomas, Clarence, Jessie and R. B. Eaves; three sisters and four brothers. They all have the tenderest sympathy Of many friends. Athie Thomas Eaves married Terra Wales on 16 January 1908 in Limestone Co., AL. Athie Thomas Eaves died on 24 August 1937 in Limestone Co., AL, at age 55. He was buried after 24 August 1937 in Cylone Cemetery, Elkmont, Limestone Co., AL.

     Atwell Eaves is the son of Joseph Wheeler Eaves and Mary Della Davidson.
